Steam Add Friends Dont Work.

Well as the title says, i cant add any friends on steam becuz i have to buy a game ?
This is strange becuz i bought cs go on that account.
Now i want to play CS GO with people from AJ but i just cant add them in steam!?
So How do i fix this ? Or just buy something cheap on steam ?

I believe the issue is this: Your account is Limited

The way to remove this, is to make a transaction or apply a code.

So if anyone have this problem Just buy a Game No matter what Price!
