Best Host and Forum Tool?

In your opinion, what is the best host and forum?
I've looked at vBulletin and am thinking of purchasing it for a forum for a project i'm working on.
Please post your suggestions! I need to know the best hosts and whatnot :gusta:

vBulletin is what i'd suggest, its simple and easy to use :)
