Looking in to it currently, it shouldn't show a comma at all and I can't seem to verify it on my end.

ive never had this happen to me when i paid something with paypal..
normally it should be $11,95 hmm
and im too scared to try it out, i dont have 11k on my bank account :D
i hope you guys can fix it :p

It shouldn't take that much as it should automatically convert the proper amount from your currency to exactly 11.95$ USD.
