Instant Kill
1. Does it also give this feature to cops/NPC when activated?
2. Does the feature turn on and off correctly, or does it require game restart?
3. Does it work on vehicles?

Uber Damage

Instant kill isn't in the cheat currently.
Uber/Super Damage works on cops, npcs, players, vehicles, and more. You can turn it on and off but you have to change weapons to turn it off.
The aimbot has visibility checks and should work fine through minor things like fences and gates. Within a vehicle it may be slightly buggy and there is a minor bug that if you are rag dolled and try to use the aimbot you'll crash, IE jumping out of a moving vehicle and using the aimbot while rag dolled.
