Payment Issue

hello im facing this issue with 2 accounts where i cant access the download tab.

This is what i get :

you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

Payment method is PayPal
1st account User: k3bool
2nd account User: redbull1

Please make sure your payment has went through, you can do this by checking your email for a paypal confirmation email.

the payment is confirmed and the money has been deducted from my paypal account -removed for privacy- screen shot attached

i mentioned below that they are 2 accounts not one -removed for privacy-
