Gmod hacks questions

I'm thinking about purchasing gmod hacks, but I'm wondering how easy the installation is. Is it only a matter of replacing a few files? Because
I'm not very code-saavy and I don't really understand injectors/bypassers blah blah blah.

It's two files you put on your system and from there you just run it. There's very little you have to do except follow basic instructions like run Steam and the loader as administrator and click "Load Cheat" at the main menu of the game.
