General question about steam bans and CS:GO Cheat

General Question about VAC Bans;
If i've multiple Steam accounts and get banned on an game on ACC1, will i get banned on that game on ACC2? Couse i think Steam is able to get enough information to confirm that both accounts belong to the same person.

Questions about CS:GO Cheat;
1. How high are the chances of getting banned with it if i'm using wallhack only and try to act as unsuspicious as possible?
2. How long is the hack undetected yet? Please dont lie, i'll buy this hack soon anyways, just need a real information
3. Is there a chance of getting a refund if the hack is'nt working (unusable due to errors or similar) for me?
