H1Z1 hack error

so i just bought a day access for h1z1, the one thats available. And it tells me to close and restart steam and when i close steam it just says "waiting for steam to close" and i cant inject the hack. please help, thanks.

The main fix for this would be to:
1) Close out of steam
2) Restart the loader,
3) Launch the loader as admin,
4) Load the cheat,
5) launch Steam as admin
6) Launch h1z1
7) Get into a server and press "INSERT" to bring up your cheat menu
