I got banned!

I didnt played MM only one game without the hack but i still got banned i did everything right i had i on a sd card and always pluged it out after using!
Has anyone a answer for this?
Its stupid when you pay for something that says its safe but its not!

Sir, while we are sorry that you got banned, we don't know what caused the ban. It could have been the way you were playing/injecting/gamemod ban/etc. No cheat is 100% safe to use and as a result you take a risk by cheating of receiving a ban.
