All i get is this message:
AimJunkies - BF4 Cheats/Hacks/Aimbots Counter Strike Rust DayZ Cheats does not have any paid subscriptions available to which you can subscribe.


!anything im doing wrong?

Works fine for me sir, may I ask which subscription you are trying to purchase as well please try logging out and logging back into the site.

If he's on a different Hardware I.D. would that cause the site to deny his access on his account; since he is on his phone and not his PC?

HWID has nothing to do with the site itself, only the loader.

I would try purchasing it on a PC or using another Browser or using a different payment method.
Disabling VPN, if enabled, maybe helps too.

Log in and out of the site, and if the issue is in paypal, detach your card from paypal and use it manually through paypals second option.
