What is the chance of getting VAC banned?

If I only use wallhack and nothing else and if I'm pretending to be completely legit (not staring through the walls like a ****ing idiot or instantly jumping from a corner and killing an enemy) am I completely safe from getting VAC banned? It's my main steam account so I wanna make sure there's no risks if I only use wallhack.
Also, do we get some sort of a notification when a hack is detectable (or do you maybe take it down for updating)?

Sir like any hack you use you take the chance of being banned but we have a very good reputation here of our cheats being undetected .
