Loader: include shoutbox?

Perhaps the shoutbox should be embedded in the loader, to possibly increase the active members of the shoutbox.

It's a good idea but probably not something that may be added soon. I'll mention it to the coder and get this thoughts and report back.

Meh, this would require the loader process to continue running wich isn't a good thing, or it would require a separate "Shoutbox App"
and in that case the use of a web-browser be it on your phone or in-steam or whatever would be the more efficient solution
