Is it possible to change one cheat to another?

I bought Battlefiled Hardline Level 1 cheat. Cheat is great but game so poor. I decided to refund my money in Origin and bought Battlefield 4 Premium instead. Cause this game much better.
I will not use BFH cheat anymore and i want to change cheat to BF4. They have same price 11$. Is it possible?
