Evolve - Useful?

So, I am thinking of getting the big pack for all games, but I am a bit on the fence because of Evolve.
So, what I hate with the game is that as a monster, you are never really able to just get away from the hunters for a moment, they're always on your ass shooting you, regardless of what you do.
My question is, how have people used the Evolve hack found it useful? For monsters and hunters.
I right now really like the style of the gorgon, anyone used the hack with it to give responses?

When you want to buy the whole package ,then you should not worry about 1 game , or get a 24 hours trial version of the big package ! Then you can test Evolve :)
