H1Z1 cheats

i'm really interest in H1Z1 cheats and looking forward to purchase, a few question i below
1. I can tell the esp version is really safe just by looking at the postings, it's the aimbot safe too if i becarefull with my play style?
2. Is the cheats have friendlist function? I dont want shot my team in head when 5 person BR.

thank you for response!, Also, I notice that it says USB storage devices might be reuquired on the purchase page, is that mean I need to put cheats in a USB in order to use it>
