DayZ Standalone was sadly discontinued and will most likely not be coming back sir.

It will not come back due to issues with creating the cheat. I reckon people would easily get banned if they cheat on DayZ standalone as the anticheat system is very difficult to get around. However nothing is impossible. Maybe a cheat could be made with enough requests :)
