Is there any way I am able to use Paymentwall?

Paypal doesnt work and how does reselling work? Maybe they dont want my paysafecard. (only option I am able to pay with)

I found a website called paysafe-exchange but I am not sure if this is safe. I have got a PayPal account but it isn't connected to any credit card / bank account. Should I try it? (never bought anything with PayPal tho)

PayPal is actually very safe way of purchasing stuff online. As long as you set up everything correctly. They have authentication. They have all kinds of protection. They also protect you on purchases that you have a made but you have to be careful that nowadays to's are cracking down on people that make fraudulent claims.
