Payment not going trough!

Well for some reason I cant use paypal to pay it just says cant buy it atm try again later , which is weird since i just bought something with paypal a minute ago. ive tried both payment methods and none works! please help!

Try contacting PayPal to see if they are blocking anything on your account sir.

Im not sure whats happening ive talked to paypal and everything is fine I even tried making another paypal acc with another credit card but ill take like 3 days and im on my day off right now and was trying to play some games tonight =-(
