Can u record videos with the streaming mode? Or only stream with it?

You may record and/or stream with Streaming Mode as long as you use some sort of 'Window Capture' or 'Game Capture'.

'OBS' should work sir, I can't confirm with 'Action', but I've used it before and it should work.
