VAC Bans and HWID

Hello guys.
I'm willing to try cheating on team fortress 2 with a fresh new account (in order to preserve my official steam account / games).
If the new account gets a VAC ban will my HWID also be banned or 2nd account will be safe :pokerface:.

VAC does not do HWID bans; They only tie bans through Payment methods (in the case of charge backs/disputes only) and linking phone numbers between accounts.
