What happened to h1z1 hacks?

So ive noticed that literally every website has no h1z1 hacks. Is battleye that good, like wtf? theres nothing, and the hacks that are sold by private people are all scams.. All i want is a h1z1 esp.. so badly..:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(.. anyone know anything about anything? any help finding me a hack is super duper appreciated.
