APB Reloaded Streaming safe?

Hey there,

I just wanted to ask if the APB Reloaded cheat was streaming safe. I'm quite unsure because under "Anti-Cheats" it says "Secure Hack Streaming System", although the streaming safe mode is usually being mentioned under "Visuals."
