Requesting a refund from last purchase

Hey the last time I bought cheats (about a week or so ago) I bough the 24 hour trial seeing if they would work. To my disappointment they didn't. I followed the 17 minute instructional video on how to ensure the boot loader was installed but to no avail, the bootloader never showed up as a secondary boot option it booted immediately into windows 10. Fast boot and secure boot are both disabled. Please can someone either help me fix this issue or give me a refund. Many thanks. Fyi this is for the CSGO cheat

If the boot does not show up , you will have to go to settings to set a duration of the time to display the list of OS . However , we're not able to refund you at all , all purchase are final . It was stated on the TOS which you did agree before purchasing any of the product .

These are the bios settings correct?

Nope , those have to be set in your main os , and when you restart , it will give you the option to choose between the two os . bios settings are for the custom boot and your issue was custom boot not showing up
