Does the normal overdose package get the EFT hack?

Like the title asks, does the overdose package get the EFT hack or is that just the overdose premium atm? It does not say it doesn't get it on the purchase page but i am curious as to if it just has not been updated yet or if it does get it?

Yes sir regular Overdose gets it. The only Overdose Package that does not include it is the 24-Hour.
