Hardware ID question - more than 1 PC

Hey guys

If I understand correctly I can only use your programs on 1 computer and can request a reset of my hardware ID if something happens like a format. The thing is, I want to play on 2 computers. What are my options here? Must I create an additional account and subscription for each PC?
