Project Phoenix Application Status Notification

I assume many players are waiting for the project Phoenix program to start accepting new applications again with no ETA, I was wondering if it's possible to receive a notification (e-mail) perhaps when the status changes to open? I wouldn't want to miss it.

I probably will anyway, but since there is no ETA it would also be nice to get a notification since I might get bored of the game by then. I would return to it if I can get some spicy fun :P

@tropo makes a good point, would be too time consuming to set up though. will be keeping an eye on this app thread though.
