What is the best way to stay undetected? Just use esp? Is it easy to get banned summoning loot?

Like if I summon a factory key will I get banned easily

Use ESP and if you abuse the cheat yes you can get banned; The more obvious you are the more likely of a chance of a ban.

How do things summon though? Is it easy to get away with or does everything spawn in from of your face?

You summon existing items from the map to your feet; They do not spawn in.
