GMod Being Down

Hello, I bought GMod yesterday and today I see it is down. When the status is down, does it mean it will not be worked on for awhile or just if it is not being worked on at the time? Also for the status updating does that mean they are being worked on right now? Sorry for being a noob.

It's down due to crashing since the game updated. Each hour the cheat is down your subscription is extended an hour in return so you do not lose time with the cheat, the coder is working on fixing it though.
