You won't be until a server admin adds you back to that list under the new GUID.
would they be able to track my previous ban using my ip?
If you don't hide something simple like an IP, yes.
Im assuming that I will need a VPN to hide my ip then. Will i have issues with the loader if i use a VPN?

Yes a VPN will hide your IP.

If you change IPs too fast you will be locked out for 15 minutes. If you buy please make sure to follow the guides. An IP change seems a little hard already.
where can i find the guides? do i have to purchase the hacks first to see the guides?
You need to be a VIP to see the guides yes. No reason to have those threads show when you can't use them.
