    Bought AJ for GTA5 but don't have access to loader

    I sent the exact btc value and it was approved but I dont have perm to view the download for the loader. Does it take a while for it to register?

    Yes it does take some time for Bitcoin transactions to clear. Just be a bit patient, you should have access soon enough.
