Bought the product to use for in game yet it wont allow me to go to the download page or support page why is that i bought it and it says recieved through btc?

just tried it and now it work thank you i sworn i follwed everything to a t with the setup it will show the menu yet the features dont work such as esp or bones? (paladins)
