    Brought TF2 Cheats won't let me download them

    everytime i go on download it says

    "veryhappyteddy, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

    i brought them with paypal and the money has gone threw and i used paypal balance no card!

    Your payment has not cleared. It is pending as you can see in your PayPal. Call PayPal and ask them why sir.
