That means your IP changed too fast. You have to let it expire completely. Each time you try again it will reset sir.

It basically means that your IP was changed and that unfortunately you'll have to wait out the lock sequence.

You will need to wait for the timer sir. Each time you try again before the 15 minutes is up it will reset. Things such as a VPN will change your IP.
