Escape from tarkov cheat detection

First good evening. I was looking at various topics here at the forum and i wanted to know what exactly means "playing obvious". The developers of the game have some way to watch who is playing and so can manually ban ?

I play in brazil and i need to know if the hack is safe to use in my country without any incompatibility problem ?

I will use the hack only to see enemies through walls and to summon items, if i use only these features, will i not be manually detected?

The cheat is safe sir. If you are obvious then you will be banned. There is no summon items.

Playing obvious usually means things like looking or tracking players through walls, using a high FOV, moving based on other player's positions, etc. Basically, playing as though you have cheats (which you do, but they don't know that yet).
