It is pretty simple. U have installed the modded boot. However u only start up in that modded boot, for only 2 games. If u wish to play any other game, u do not load the modded boot, but u also are not required to uninstall the modded boot. Because when u load windows normally, it doesn't have the same stuff as the modded windows.

Correct he only needs the boot if he wants to play CSGO or EFT.
