when I load h1z1 esp only the program say please close and restart steam additional protection must be loaded I DONT HAVE GAME CRASH

are you sure that you close the steam icon that is in the taskbar near clock? if you just close the steam window. It will not show it that is restarting you need to close the icon on the taskbar by your clock, sir

You need to fully update your Windows via Windows Updates sir; Please go in to Windows Updates and click "Check For Updates". From there everything in both the Important and Optional tabs needs to be installed excluding the Language Packs and the Windows 10 Upgrade if it's available.
