    Question Halo Infinite Purchased

    I just purchased Halo infinite with btc. everything with through smoothly, but when I go to the purchase page. it says the transaction is still pending. Do I have to send you guys ss proof or anything like that? or am I just waiting until it is confirmed on your end?

    You just need to wait until the transaction is not pending any further and then it'll automatically process on our end.

    BTC takes a little time

    oops, then I guess I just purchased 2 subscriptions for the halo infinite when halo updates, will I be compensated for downtime?

    Yes, downtime is compensated. You now have 2 months of Halo subscription time.

    Just wait it out, if you used coinbase it can take 30-60minutes. happened to me last night.
