    I paid 12.95 for BF4 but now i don't know what to do.

    Hi guys i just paid for a 1month of BF4 subscription but something went wrong with stripe.

    IT said postal code and credit card didn't match, i got charged the monthly sub anyway.. but i've been unable to complete the process back to the website.

    What can i do?

    Stripe just put it on hold to review for fraud and alert authorities if needed since you don't know your cards zip code. It will be released if nothing illegal is going on. Contact them. Has nothing to do with us.

    That sounds like a stripe issue, i would advise you to contact them and sort that out.

    Hello the payments failed for multiple reasons. Nothing we can do when the card is blocked for not correct information.
