I do not know what it is to protect against, but it is to increase the safety of the cheat. If a tech or forum mod knows the answer, they will provide you with it as soon as possible.
In the meantime, if you have any questions related to actual information about a certain cheat you'd like to buy, I'd be more than happy to assist you.
