i want to order loadout VIP access for 1 month . but, i don't have paypal account.
i have solution to use 3rd person service for paypal payment.

my question is if i have done with payment how can i download the program.

is there program send to 3rd person account ? and just 3rd person can download the programs ?
can i use 3rd person service with their paypal account ?
whether the program send to my email registered in this account (aimjunkies ) account ?
