    Paid for new subscription but Bitcoin value changed. now will not accept new payment

    I cant find any way to contact admin or anyone that can help so hopefully someone will see it here...

    I paid for a subscription via Bitcoin but the value must have change as the payment was going through so now it says i owe 0.00000016 BTC (about 1/2 penny)

    Is there anyone online that can help?

    It wont let me transfer anything less that approx £5 worth of BTC.

    Appears you sent the BTC based on the $ amount instead of the actual "coin" amount.
