Payment Refunded

Dear Staff

On making purchase of the cheat (Battlefield V). I am always getting the amount refunded back to my paypal with the following error:

Status: Error ECC01 - Invalid payment amount (13113)
There was an error with payment processing. If your PayPal account shows your payment cleared but you did not receive your subscription, contact our support with the error number listed.


I have sufficient funds in my account. My Paypal is working on all other websites perfectly.

That error code is your payment was blocked due to your country being banned from purchasing with us. We do not accept PayPal from your country so you will have to purchase either through a reseller or CoinPayments/BitCoin.

So which countries are banned?

I don't have a list but there are quite a few like UAE, Brazil, Israel, and a few others specifically due to issues with those countries having over 90% dispute rate. Error 13113 is the error code for a blocked payment on our side due to us chosing not to accept it.

We do from the UK. Mind you a VPN does not work.

As long as your payment method is originated from the UK and linked to the UK then there should be no problem.
