    Post Paypal purchase issue's

    When checking out with pay-pal, while logging into my pay-pal account. The below message pops up. Have tried different browsers and waited a few hours the same issue persist.

    "Sorry, we can’t complete your purchase at this time
    Please return to the merchant and choose another way to pay."
