Problem with Gift Card Payment

Trying to make payment with Gift Card option but the submission field for CARD NUMBER is 5-7 digits and CARD CODE is 16 digits. The gift card code is 4 digits and not 5-7. Is this an error - I say this because I used Gift Card option with previous payment and it was 4 digits for card code. Wont let me submit gift card due to the 5-7 digit requirement

Only admins can really advise you on payment processing as mods do not have access. Are you sure you have the right type of gift card?

Yeah, I used the same one when I made the initial payment. Just need to re-up the current subscription.

I would love to, but Oplata.Info, which deals with gift cards, has nothing on how to contact them. I have the gift card and need my subscription renewed. Is there any other way? thnx

Can someone please tell me which gift cards are accepted as a form of payment? A couple of weeks ago, I used a CVS gift card, and now it’s not accepted as a form of payment. I want to avoid buying many gift cards that I can’t use. Thanks
