Pubg and vpn

so i applied for battlegrounds 3 days ago , i got a response from an admin telling me that I can not have my vpn and to change my pc name which i did. Since then i 100% removed my vpn. Dose the reply that the admin gave me about my vpn and pc name mean that I am not accepted ?
