Requesting Refund

Hello, I ve been waiting for an answer to my original support post in THe isle Evrima forum but did not get any valid help. I also work at Customer Service and I know how it is hard to deal with people.

I dont even know if it is possible but the hack is not working as intended and stated. I have tried everything, followed every step on " How To Inject " and still gives me error.

So I humbly requesting refund on it. It is not small money considering the exchange rate in my country.

May I get a refund ?
