Seems like it may be a MAC ban. Are you aware of this and will you provide a guide on how to change MAC, if it is indeed a MAC ban?

Thanks for letting us know. If you were to get a mac ban you would need to change your OWN mac as we do not do this.

Just an update, I found out ROE bans HWID not MAC, will you provide a HWID spoofer?
