Wanting to purchase through Skrill?

Hello,

I am interested in your Team Fortress 2 cheat for a month ($ 10.95), but since my PayPal got banned and I can not create a new one (all my legitimate data has been used already on the banned account), I am willing to buy the cheat through Skrill (Moneybookers).
However, I can not seem to find such an option. I am in posession of a Skrill Prepaid Mastercard but PayPal refuses to accept it since it has been added to my previous account already.
