3: Not sure what you mean? As long as your computer is fully up to date, on Windows, and is 64 bit then the cheat should work just fine.

Will I have to set up a new Aimjunkies account? and buy a hack?

You can buy the hack on your current account just fine. The CPU does not matter as long as it is a x64 based system.
