    Hi sir,
    You can unsubscribe from automated e-mails by yourself.
    You can turn off the automated e-mails by:
    - Clicking on "Settings" at the top-right corner of the forum
    - Click on "General Settings" under the "My Account" tab at the mid-left side of the webpage
    - Un-check these 2 options under the "Messaging & Notification" tab:
    • Receive Email from Administrators
    • Receive Friendship Request Email
    - Click on "SAVE CHANGES" at the bottom of the page
